Пустые слова. Конкретика есть? как ты Li или Ni с Cd извлечешь и во вторичку обернешь? Сам себе противоречишь. Если под переработкой подразумевается сжигание и утилизация, это не переработка. Разборная конструкция лишь упрощает утилизацию и меньше лищних деталей для сжигания. Напр пластик, Al и пр. Я не видел ни одной публикации о переработке E- элементов на активных, токсичных металлах. Тем боллее реальных заводов. Но и не искал. :)
